Heirs and Beneficiaries: How to Find Out if Somebody Took Your Inheritance

I wonder about some things. My estranged sister is using my name, without my knowledge or consent. My father died some time ago, back in 2008. I was told by the county clerk's office that there was no will and the house and property were in my sister's name. I thought that most likely I was disinherited. My father was a real cruel man and it would not surprise me. My sister put him in a nursing home, where he died. The next thing I noticed is that my sister has been claiming that I live with her for the past nine years. She tried to steal my inheritance from my grandmother, 15 years prior to that. She is quite the psychopath, so we do not speak and she has never been willing to be truthful unless it suits her purposes at the time. Needless to say, I am concerned that she is using my name and pretending that I live with her. I can't help but wonder if there was a will after all and she had to pretend to be me to get everything. I don't know who to contact, or if it is even worth it.
