My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Texas. My wife bought a cast 3 or 4 years ago and the guy forgot to sign the back of the title but she was able to get the car registered in her name but now she's lost the title and the registration paper work and has no clue who the guy is or how to get a hold of him. It's there anything she can do to possibly get the title or get it registered in her name again?
