My question involves a child custody case from the State of: PA
My girlfriend is 36 weeks pregnant and I just found out via prenatal paternity test that I'm not the father. Would I be legally able to go to her moms house where she lives and take back all the baby stuff that's I bought from the nursery room they set up? She had me believe I was the father the whole time.
I bought mostly everything, over 2 grand. I also had extra tax exemptions declared so I might come up short now that I can't claim child tax credits or anything else. My girlfriend my dependent as well.
If I cannot due that, what other recourse do I have?
