My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: new mexico
So my wife was backing out saw a car coming and hit her brakes and the car continued to make contact (their right rear quarter) (my left bumper) you can see the slide of how the tire hit my bumper, unsure who is at fault, she was completely stopped while yielding to him and she said she just felt the hit after that, the mark starts about my middle bumper, and his starts right before tire. She was stopped by footage from her work but guy claims he hit hurt? Video shows her stopped and him swerve left then back but looks like he over corrected.
May I add he only has scrapes no dents.
