My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California
On my ranch I have some people storing RV's. As people come & go, I don't want anyone getting hurt & suing me. I have an umbrella policy, but I want the people to know I cannot be responsible if they should injure themselves on my property. Does a 'hold harmless' clause in the rental contract hold any weight in a court of law?
