My question relates to legal practice in the state of: Pennsylvania

I'll try to make this as short and to the point as possible. A relative of mine is going through a nasty divorce right now. Recently he was given unsupervised visitation every other weekend for his four youngest children, and visitation for his three oldest whenever they could all agree on a day and time.
Last weekend this relative went over to pick up his four youngest for the first time. The court order said it was only supposed to be the four youngest, not the three oldest at this time. There are reasons for this that would take too long to get into...but basically, it was just supposed to be the youngest four and that's how he wanted it for the weekend. Well, one of the oldest three forced their way into the vehicle with the four youngest and wouldn't leave. He drove all five of them back to his place of residence, where he was assisted by his other family members with bringing the four youngest into the house. The oldest child who came along uninvited was not allowed into the house. Could this be considered abuse\child abandonment and be used as a valid reason to change\deny this relative his visitation rights? Some relevant facts below...
1. The oldest child that came along was 17 years old
2. Oldest child had a cell phone and called police
3. Father of the father of these children yelled at the 17 year old to get off the property
4. Relative and several of his family members had knowledge that the three oldest girls were planning to sleep over at a separate house within a block of where he was residing with the four youngest children.
5. Police officer was called out and forced the father to let the three oldest children into his place of residence, even though they did not have visitation scheduled with him that day.
6. This is a quiet, safe, suburban development\neighborhood where the oldest child was left outside at.
Would any of the above be considered valid reasons for denying or restricting the father's current unsupervised visitation rights? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
