My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California.can they change the value of the coupon or the sale price to match the coupon value? Example coupon value is 3 dollar and sale price is 2.95. Can they change the price of the coupon from 3 to 2.95 or the sales price to 3.00 instead of 2.95?
