My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Georgia
We pay for child support that includes daycare expenses in the order. We pay for half of the daycare expenses the ex said she was using. We found out, after asking for the childcare information because we have a 10 day period that we have him and two of those days we need work related childcare, that step son is not in daycare. Ex is insisting we find out own childcare and pay for it ourselves.
Are we responsible for paying for her childcare and our own if we need it during visitation? Is it not expected that if you are sharing the expenses, that you have access to childcare also?
