Can I be charged or convicted of theft / pickpocketing if a person says i have pickpocketed his phone saying his phone was there with him in his pocket when I entered the store and when I left the store phone was missing saying I only have done it as I was standing next to him in store.Is this enough proof / argument to convict or charge.
