My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Texas
We recently sold a travel camper to somebody. She agreed she would pay the trailer off in 3 payments. She gave us a first payment of 500 and ever since that day after she's only been giving us a 100. I still have the title though I recently asked her if she could give the rest of the money since giving a 100 every 3 weeks was not the deal. And she always just responds she doesn't have money! So my deal is going to pick up the camper.. Do I need any sort of legal document or procedure I need to do? Also am I obligated to refund her the money she's payed?
