My question involves criminal law for the state of: California. I have a bench warrant for prostitution in Los Angeles. I am not from there and made poor choices with a group of people I met when I was there. After I was arrested I moved back home to Orlando Florida. I have to turn my self in here in Orlando related to another misdemeanor charge where I know I am getting probation. When I turn myself in my question is will California extradite me back for their case. I have a 5 month baby and I'm employed and enrolled to start school in September. I really don't have money to spend on lawyers in California to help.
