Recent Voluntary Surrender

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: I recently did a voluntary surrender on my vehicle I had for a total of 3 months, now my car is sold and I owe a balance of $9000, however I was looking over my initial purchase of my vehicle and my paperwork was not accurate, IE I used a work program to get sealer preferred pricing and put no money down, however my contract does not state that I used dealer preferred pricing anywhere even though I received the email stating that it was used. Also the dealership says I put $2000 down on the vehicle, I put nothing down on the vehicle and had negative equity in the vehicle I traded in. Does this somehow invalidate my initial contract? Its my best guess the paperwork the dealer submitted to the loan agency was without my preferred price and the dealership pocketed the extra money from the sale?
