My question involves personal property located in the State of Texas.
If three individuals (none of which are married to another) all have 1/3 ownership of a piece of expensive equipment. One of them is moving to the other side of the state and decides they are going to take this equipment, against the wishes of the other two owners.
Does the 1/3 owner have any right to take this equipment? What remedy is there for the other 2/3rds owners?
