My question involves name change laws in the State of: pennslvaina
I received a court order so I could have DNA done on my son. I followed threw on this and found out that the father I named is not the father. Right now the father has custody of my son and won't let me have visits nor have him at all. I have filled contempt paperwork and have I court hearing coming up in September.
Mean while I found out now I have to file a petition to take the father into court and have his name removed, but no one will tell me what petition to file. I am doing this all on my own since I am having a problem finding a lawyer to take the case since I live in another county then the county I have to go to court in. Can you please tell me what sets I now have to take and the paperwork I need to file to take this back into court and have his name removed.
