My question involves paternity law for the State of:

My daughter was born while I was still married and her biological father was someone else. We all signed the acknowledgement of paternity affidavit in the hospital at her birth. Leaving the hospital her name was Kylee Samantha Funderburk on her social as well as to be her BC. Long story short. . Hospital lost the AOP and before we could sign again, my husband passed away. Immediately her name on her BC became Stelly listing my late husband as father. So then her social has one last name and BC another essentially giving her two names. She now is 10 and her Bio father is very present and we are wanting to correct her BC to his name instead of my late husbands. I've spoken with many people multiple attorneys and it would appear everyone is stumped as to our process to make this happen. Please I beg any legal help would be amazing.
