My question involves defamation in the state of: Arizona. Recently my girlfriends father said he was going to get a restraining order against me so I will not be able to see his daughter. I have done nothing wrong and he apparently accused me of sexually harassing her in the file against me even though what we have done has been consensual. I don't know what to do or what I can do. I'm 14 and the daughter is of same age. Someone help?
