My question involves court procedures for the state of: Colorado (County Court)

What date(s) was the following judgment(s) entered?

Date A: Jury Instructed on claim 1($X), claim 2($Y), interest, court costs($Z) and reasonable attorney fees. Jury asks about interest computation and comes back with an oral verdict for a single amount that appears to be $X plus interest for part of the time ($I).

Plaintiff submits attorney fees

Date B (6 weeks later): Judge Order titled “Court`s Findings and Rulings” awards attorney fees for $A (an amount less than requested by Plaintiff and less than the jury award). Order makes no mention of the jury award and Defendant never receives anything in writing regarding the jury award.

Register of Actions shows the following Judgment Transactions:

Plaintiff files a Motion for Revival of Judgment citing Date A and the full amount of $X + $Z + $A + $I + post judgment interest. No mention is made of Date B.

More than 6 years after Date A, but less than 6 years after Date B, the Court Revives the entire Judgment ($X + $Z + $A + $I + post judgment interest)
