I hired an attorney for council me during a custody battle. I've asked her (my attorney) to offer settlement with the mother of my son under specific conditions so that we can resume some kind of visitation while waiting to schedule mediation Weeks go by without hearing a word, so I ask her if she contacted mothers attorney and she told me she emailed the other attorney and heard nothing back. Do I have to the right to (and SHOULD I) request that she send me copies of all emails that she sent to my mothers attorney?
