hey guys, so I've got a question. I consider dress code, when what you wear doesn't change the quality of a work you do (so I mean practically it doesn't matter what you wear for your job), is violation of your personal freedom. And actually dress code shouldn't be required unless it is must to do your job properly. How do you think? thanks for your answers in advance.
