Child Care: How to Be Emancipated in Indiana

My friend is 16 years old. She has a good paying job and has never been in trouble with the law. The only "trouble" she's been in is when she "snuck out" to get fresh air and calm down from a panic attack. She was only grounded by her parents. Like I said, never in trouble with the law. Her mom and step dad can be rather emotionally abusive. When her step dad found out she had sex, he called her a whore and punched a hole in her door. Does that sound safe to you??
She feels like she can't trust her parents and that they are literally conspiring against her. She used to be able to tell her brother anything, and now he's basically like a little spy for her parents and that's not okay. Yet, her parents wouldn't ever allow her to get emancipated. I read that you need parent signature/permission, and they would never give that to her. PLEASE tell me there is a way to get her emancipated. Her mom has only gotten physical once so she can't claim physical abuse.
She has a job and is financially stable. She would still be going to school till she graduated and would be doing online school. She would be living with me and my family. She has everything lined up for if she gets emancipated, but she won't be able to get permission from her parents. The only other way we'd be able to get her out of her Hellish household is if she 1. somehow got her mom or step dad to hit her or 2. brought drugs into her house. We don't want it to come to either. Please help :(
