My hearing notice date conflicts with the lunar eclipse, and we had planned to take my 15 month old son to Oregon to see it. My first impression regarding this notice was that it was for a pre trial conference, since I read a mention of those in the procedural guide. However I now believe that this notice is for the actual trial.
Am I correct that this is the actual trial hearing? Can I reschedule this? Would this be called a continuance?
Also I think I have just enough time to send in my discovery documents now, but I still cannot make the 08/21/2017 date. Please advise.
