Basically I have been subcontracting for about a year now. My former employee has been known to pay very late, and treat people very poorly, clients and employees. So Im going to start my own website, and start my own business. Do I have the right to post all the pictures of my work I did when I was working as a subcontractor?It will be on my new website, and they are all pictures I took with my own camera of work I did solely without him. And we have no kind of written contracts or Non disclosure agreements. Basically we have nothing in writing at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
