My question involves criminal law for the state of: Louisiana. I have 1st offense felony charge from a he said she said issue. Stupid really and now another warrant out with same type of complaint. Never been in trouble and want to fix this and have important information that I'm certain will help solve an open investigation murder case. All I want is warrant gone with no jail time away from my kids. Basically for this silly stuff to go away so I can get back to my life without all this court stuff and missing work in exchange for my information. How do I make sure DA keeps their word
