My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Texas
Hello, my wife recently fell at a local restaurant. She was going towards the bathroom which was down a tile hallway when she fell. The floor was wet like it was freshly mopped but there was no "wet floor" sign. She fell down and hurt her knee and she didn't want the staff to help her up so she asked them to get me and they did. I went over to help her up and as soon as I stepped on the floor I lost my footing and almost slipped myself(I have worked retail many years and could tell the floor was just mopped) also, if it matters she walked by several employees having a conversation and was not told about the condition of the floor. Just wondering how to proceed, wife's knee and elbow are hurt. Manager took our info and said "someone" will contact us, thanks for the help
