I wanted to know if I had any rights where my apartment complex towed my new vehicle because it didn't have a permit on it. I had just purchased the vehicle that day, but by the time I got home, the office of the apartment was closed, so I couldn't get a permit til morning, but it was towed that next morning. Are they liable for towing my new vehicle because I didn't have adequate tome to obtain a permit?
