Should I Be Required to Pay Support

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Michigan

I have 2 separate cases.
1: The mother and I were never married, she moved 500 miles away and filed for child support. The order says parenting time is as the parties agree. She doesn't like me, that's why she is an EX. She got married after a short while and doesn't want me to see my daughter because it will "mess up her new family". It's been 6 years since I've heard from or seen my daughter. I pay just over $400 a month and never get to even see my child because the court order sucks. My daughter does not remember me since she was 2 years old when her mother left me and is now 9, I don't want to interfere with everything she has going on now, weekend visits or weekday visits aren't possible because at this moment there is a 250 miles distance between us.

Case 2: I got a child support notice in the mail that summoned me to a DNA test. I didn't even know I had another child. Apparently I do. The results came back and immediately they sent me an amount to pay for child support. I never had a court hearing, no parenting time arrangements, no court order, never got to see a judge. Only a support order for $300 a month. I have still never seen this child.

I don't even have addresses or phone numbers for the mothers. I am blocked from their social media pages. Why am I, or why should I be paying child support? They have both been married now for years and do not want me disturbing their new families. Neither child has any clue I exist. The mothers have gone out of their way to block me from my children and maximize the amounts of money they can make off me. I want to end the child support and finish what the mothers have started, for me to be completely out of their lives. Advice?
