My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Louisiana / Texas
I went to a firework show in Louisiana. I left a few minutes before the fireworks ended to beat traffic.I went home that night. Note I live in Texas. I wake up for work and notice that truck had been hit. I had to go to work so I decided to worry about it later. I few hours later parents called me to tell me that the cops were looking for me because someone reported a hit and run on me. They claimed I backed up on them scraped the front left side. I never backed up that night. And If i hit something I would have noticed. What should I do. Could they have hit me and blamed me for a hit and run.
