Non Disparagement After Quitting

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Oregon
I plan on leaving my employer after 30 years due to unhealthful and unremitting stressful work conditions. Since there will be no severance and no separation contract, I do plan on expressing my opinions about the company lucidly and accurately. I believe this is a First Amendment right and I plan to exercise it. All expressed opinions will be anonymous through a proxy server, whether on Glassdoor or otherwise. I plan to also accurately express opinions about the company's main account, also anonymously. If the company could actually trace my ip thru a proxy, am I still protected by First Amendment rights?
