Other Violations: Infraction Tickets for Not Possessing Driver License and Headlights Not Turned on

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California, Santa Clara County

Hi, today i have received a citation for two violations and both are Infractions.

1. For not turning ON my headlights during darkness - 24400 (b) VC
2. Not presenting the Driver’s License as i forgot my walet at my home - 12951 (a) VC

I was asked to appear at the court on June 22nd 2017. Can i plead for a guilty by appearing at the court of law or should i pay the fine ? If i have to pay the fine, what would be fine amount ? Request you to let me know what best can be done on this to avoid the fine.

Also will it impact the points on my driving license and will it impact my insurance premium ?
