My question involves real estate located in the State of: New York
I know there are certain districts in NYC that can convey their excess development rights outside of the normal zoning rules, is there a special exception or rule for religious corps?
If not, what are the other situations in which a property in one block would be able to convey to a property in another block. Normally the rule states it has to be within the same block.
Hopefully I explained my question thoroughly enough. Thank you!
