My husband got into a fender bender on Monday. We were merging from the right lane into the left lane, he looked in his mirror and did not see anyone next to us. So he started to change lanes but before he could finish a car in the left lane behind us sped up and we ended up clipping their front bumper. My husband's truck has a large dent in the left rear quarterpanel, and the bumper of the other driver's car was torn off. The other driver caused it, but the insurance company called my husband today and told him that the other driver said he was at fault! What can we do? We live in Pennsylvania, if that is important.
