Unemployment Benefits: An I Prove It Was Not Willful for Unemployment

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: CO

I was terminated two weeks ago for disregarding a handbook policy for my company. The question I have is if they fight my unemployment can I prove in an appeal that I disregarded this policy due to the fact that my manager disregarded the same policy repeatedly and was vocal about it. I only violated this policy once due to fear of sales for the company, wasn't I following his leadership? I am nervous that my unemployment will be denied and I haven't found another job yet. I truly had the best interests of the company at heart. Can I prove that my act I was not willful misconduct?
