Trying to Expunge a Dv Charge

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Minnesota


So apparently if your case involved domestic violence, sexual assault, violating a protective order, stalking, or criminal harassment, then you may not receive a full expungement...

I was charged for pushing someone. 5th degree domestic assault

So this means i have no chance for full expungement? I know one of the things the courts look at is the severity of the crime. Since my charge is minimum in the degree category and not very serious in the severity/circumstance category, do I have a chance at a exceptional expungement? The girl that was involved would go in front of The court and say something good on my behalf, if that counts. Also I guarantee my old PO would put in a good word for me.

I meet all the other requirements for a expungement. Just not my classified charge

I'm doing this for Future employee background checks, I need a FULL expungment
