My question involves business law in the state of: each and any state.

I plan to sell electronics(for the first time product "Inspection camera(endoscope)"). It can be used as accessory for smartphone or laptop,PC or MAC. What legal difficulties be can appear?

Please advice about State e-waste laws. Should Chinese manufacturer have special documentation and be registered in special US government departments or services? What ales can you add?
Will there be any problems with customs?
What else should I wait form the US laws?
