My question involves a SPOUSAL SUPPORT case from the State of: OR, Washington
I payed spousal support in full. My ex is not willing to sign a SATISFACTION OF JUDGEMENT paper, which indicates that I payed in full all of my spousal support for the next 10 years.
ORS 18.235 states, that I have the right to move the court for an order against her:

The law describes the content of the motion.
However, I am not able to find the motions form needed for that purpose nor the exact steps/introduction.
Does anybody know a guide that explains all necessary steps I'll have to take to get this done?
Appreciate any little help!
Thank you so much!
