My question involves a child custody case from the State of: New York
Hello all , i have a question regarding updates and communication , me and the mother share custody of our 2 yr old son, right now we have an open case regarding a modification in visitation for father to have more time , (previous threads) the judge has put our case to be adjourned till May 4th , ever since I have served the mother she has stopped doing facetime with me and my son as well as giving me updates when hes with her, now on my days that i have him shes very demanding and texts me all the times to send pics and give updates , ive tried to cooperate and communicate with her by informing her what he ate and hows he doing as well as pics , she has yet to still do the same in return when my son returns back to her , ( i have my son 2 times per week) btw , what should i do should i continue to cooperate with her even though i feel like shes punishing me not doing the same in return its really unfair as i miss my son and would like to facetime him when hes not with me
