My question involves criminal law for the state of: Utah
So me and my ex husbands old bank account closed down, and it's still on paypal, and it was processing the orders I was making. Is that credit card fraud? I called my bank saying that I was gonna cancel the orders or send them back, they said it wouldn't be on their end, it would be paypal. SO if I just let it be and get the stuff, would it be credit card fraud or would it just count against my credit and lower my credit score? Plus the paypal is in my husbands name... and I'm willing to have it go to my credit not his so he doesn't challenge it.
