My close friend had to have the police involved after he was assaulted by his wife. She was charged with 3rd degree domectic violence, ordered to take classes for substance abuse and PTI, and a no contact order was put into place to keep her from contacting him until April. She has been texting and calling him, as well as trying to set up a meeting with him to try to reestablish their relationship. Can this violation of the no contact order be reported by a third party, and how would one go about doing that?
