Hello. I believe this is still under statute of limitations (happened at age of 15 I am now 32)
Background: Catholic school.
We had a pedo male teacher who was fired for abusing boys in our school (making them lick frosting from his pants on bus, showing boys porn, hazing rituals ). It is documented that a male student complained of sexual harassment from him and left the school but he kept his job. Atleast 2 students got paid from settlements from the assaults that got him fired. 2 years later he was busted for kiddie porn.
Can I sue or get a settlement now? He hazed me, wrested in a bed with me and other students while we were shirtless, threw me in a trash can once,and put his bonor on me once. I never collected and no one asked me at the time if he did anything to me. Can I sue the diocese or get them to settle now 18 years later? Thanks
