My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Oregon
On November 3rd 2016 I got pulled over for supposedly going 50 in a 30. The officer said he "visually" paced me for my speed however the police officer was about a half mile behind me until he caught up to me in the neighboring city (about 2 miles). He said back in the city I was speeding in was posted as a 30. I told the officer there was no speed signs from the moment I got on the highway. I later confirmed this with video evidence. I have court tonight to fight my ticket. What questions should I ask the police officer?
