Passing a School Bus: When Will I Receive My Fine

The school bus in front of my changed to the lane right of me and starts to slow down but I don't slow down as well and only realized what I did after I passed the bus. I stopped the vehicle and the driver starts talking through the speaks, I couldn't make out most of it however. She gestured at me to what I assume was to "just go" and continued driving but took the next right into a random driveway to take a second and wait just in case. The bus I passed drove past me and that was that.

I don't believe she just let me go, is the fine going to be sent by mail or was I supposed to do something else after passing?
