My question involves real estate located in the State of: PA.
While I was away at rehab. There was a letter left on my door saying it was going up for sheriff sale. I have to file bankruptcy, my ex left me completely in debt. He doesn't want the house, his name is still on the mortgage. I am unemployed as of this moment. How can I stop the sheriff sale if the bankruptcy isn't file in time. I am waiting on the paperwork for it. I have to take 2 classes of debt counseling and pay the 350 filing fee by fee to have it file. Date of Sale is schedule for March 10th.
