My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: NC I was turning today (comparabled to a 90 degree angle) but in the corner of my turn was a stop sign. I stop before the line and then proceeded to go through. On the other side of traffic (the coming section) was a officer sitting with lights on. He made a U-Turn and then gave me a ticket that states. "The officer named below has probable cause to believe.... failing to stop at a duly erected stop sign. G.S. 20-158(B)(1)(3) I did stop accordingly however. Just out of his sight and before the line. There is a thick trail of bushes that would obsure his vision as well. I refuse to admit guilt for something that i'm innocent of. Is my defense worthy enough?
