My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: I initially took my car into a AAA repair shop for an oil change. They never mentioned anything about an oil leak just my back tires being bald. So I pay for the oil leak and leave. So the next day I start smelling burnt oil but I think it's just residual oil from the oil change. 2 days later I start to over heat. So I take it back to the repair shop and they said it's my oil cooler. SO I go out and buy an oil cooler and have them install it. They keep my car over night. They call me the next day and tell me my car is ready for pick up. So I pick it up and on the way home I still smell burnt oil. On the way to work...my car starts to over heat again and I loose all the oil in my car. I had to tow it to their shop and they will start to look into it tomorrow. They are closed today. Iegally are they responsible to the leak? I have all the paperwork to diagnose anot oil leak. Remember I took my car in for a simple oil change.
