Harassment: If a Man with Not Much Money Gets Sued

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: New York

If a man loses a sexual harassment suit against him for touching a woman’s leg at work, and he’s sued for $100K—and he only has $15K to his name, will he still be obligated to pay the 100K? Will his weekly wages or unemployment insurance be taken? Will US marshals come to house and take his TV, motorcycle and other property? Will his immediate family (mother and/or siblings) be responsible for paying the 100K? Will he go to jail if he can’t pay the 100K?
