My question involves restraining orders in the State of: arizona. I have a restraining order and Order of an injunction against harassment for me and my 3 children I have a son who is biologically mine and I am on the birth certificate and I have her daughter's on the restraining order as well even though they're not biologically mine they do currently still live with me all of them including my ex fiance and she is still seeing her new boyfriend and tells me that my order a protection is no good because it does not have the mother's consent but the judge signed off on it and the judge was fully aware of the situation that my daughters that I consider my own daughter's not biologically their father she is still continuing to bring my children over to his house and stay the night from time to time even though they are on the order of protection what can I do can I file a police report and have him arrested for violating the protection order when he is fully aware that he is not supposed to be around the children and she is very much aware of the protection order as well what are my options we are not married
