Unregistered Vehicles: How Fkd Am I

My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: California.

i bought a car, and I sold it in 30 days without registering it. I no longer have any documentation regarding that car. I got a lien sale notice. There is 2 other people on there. The owner before me and after me.

Are they going to charge me for the lien? what fees am I looking at? i need help asap.
