My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Texas I have a ton of unpaid tickets in multiple counties. My license will not be renewed until I pay them which at this time is absolutely impossible. I need a license to make more money to pay them off. Anyways my question is are there any options as far as the state letting me get onto a payment plan or something? Or can I go to another state since it's technically not suspended just cant renew? Thanks for all the help.
