My question involves court procedures for the state of: IL
If the Answers to the counter complaint are inaccurate do we get an opportunity to put forth facts that dispute them or does the judge look at our original information - & then their answers. Are we allowed to put forth facts and arguments that dispute their Answer to our counter complaint? If so, would the judge have given a time limited for that.
