My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: hawaii
my mother passed away and i didnt know it but the home went to my brother who is evicting me. I got a letter saying I only have 45 days to get out. I have been living here for over 20 years and I paid all the bills. i have 2 children. My brother is also threating to sue me for the damages even tho I have never done any intentionally. Its all wear and tear. My brother also wants the house "spotless" an all the stuff out even tho lots of the stuff is not even mine but my mothers. Is there anything I can do?
